You will make an impact in the following way: Disciplinary leadership of a complaints and service team Implementation, development, publication, and monitoring of the Integrated Management System according to ISO/TS 22163, ISO 9001 Conducting regular internal audits, as well as managing external audits (3rd party) Point of contact for customer complaints, after-sales activities, and various quality issues Identifying quality problems and leading corrective and preventive measures for continuous improvement of our processes Collaboration with various departments to address quality-related challenges and develop solution strategies Training employees in quality management practices and principles Participating in risk management and conducting risk analyses What you will bring: Education – Degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on electronics or communication technology, or a comparable experience and qualifications Experience – Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the electronics or network technology industry, as well as at least 3 years in a comparable leadership role Knowledge – In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 22163 and other common quality standards as well as experience in product and process development, advanced quality planning, and process management Personality – You possess strong analytical skills in complex problem-solving, excellent communication abilities, an independent, structured, and goal-oriented work approach, flexibility, resilience, and adaptability to constantly changing work tasks, you are proficient in moderating internal and external discussions with customers and suppliers, and demonstrate open communication and intercultural competence Language proficiency – Fluency in English and German Let’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.
