The Motors team at eBay is responsible for a multi-billion dollar, global portfolio with a focus on the vehicle parts & accessories business, which is among the largest on eBay and core to eBay’s strategic future. Within that, installation and automotive service offerings are important strategic areas of investment, and we are actively innovating in the market on eBay Germany (ebay.We are looking to hire a dynamic Digital Service Experience Manager to drive our installation service growth in Germany. The role will manage the operational complexity of improving our Tire and Parts install service experience alongside design, testing, launch, iteration, and scaling. It is well-suited for someone who is self-motivated and has a high degree of ownership.
At eBay, key partners include product, marketing, analytics, account and category management teams, finance, among many others. Outside of eBay, the role will develop a deep partnership with our service provider, and, if required, with installation networks, aftermarket brands, and independent workshops and chains.
Analyse inventory insights, product trends, market data, industry dynamics, buying trends and the competitive landscape to assess growth opportunities and product improvements
Build leadership buy-in and cross-functional support
English and German language fluency
~5+ years of experience in (online) retail or B2B area, preferably in Business & Industry categories like Tools, Professional Equipment and Building Materials
~ Ability to influence a strategy and turn it into action
