Treezor is growing at the European scale and is looking for a Business Developer based in Munich or Berlin (or willing to relocate in one of those locations). Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Germany, your main responsibilities will be: Create and agree on prospecting plan with the Head of Sales Germany Lead from the front - being a key part in taking Treezor’s Banking as a Service (BaaS) solution to market Work closely with our Marketing & Content team to create sales campaigns Build, manage and maintain substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities to underpin target achievement Prospecting through various channels (LinkedIn, emails, mainly at events) to secure qualified appointments with Scaleups/Corporates prospects. Ability to demonstrate Treezor’s BaaS solution and services to a high standard to all clients Validate projects in close collaboration with all Treezor teams (Compliance-Operations-Implementation-IT-Legal) before moving to the purely commercial phase Create and adapt price lists before presenting, negotiating, and working on the prospects' business plans Negotiate contracts with clients Ensure customer satisfaction in collaboration with Account Managers Requirements: Strong knowledge of the BaaS, fintech or payment space Strong commercial background, with a demonstrable track record in successfully selling value-based products to strategic targets Sales experience with demonstrated success at networking, setting appointments, pipeline building, negotiation, closing solution sales and hitting targets Understanding of complex sales cycles Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage/communicate with clients Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments Problem-solving and decision-making skills Accuracy in sales admin management (CRM and other tools) German native, English proficient
