Date Posted: 2025-01-24 Country: Germany Location: Unternehmenszentrale (HQ), Berlin, Germany Field Quality Director, Central Europe Ukraine OU Role introduction We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Quality Director, Central Europe Ukraine OU. This position will provide overall leadership and support to the Central Europe Ukraine OU for the Quality function, aligning with regional strategy while focusing on Quality objectives. This role will drive operational excellence from OU to the OT ensuring alignment on KPI's. Additionally this leadership role will work with and support multiple OAs with the goal of achieving OU Field Quality objectives and leading field service projects at the OU level for field quality performance improvement efforts. This position will report to the EMEA Field Quality Senior Director and will supervise Field Quality leaders at the OA-level. As a Field Quality Director, Central Europe, on a typical day you will: - Responsible for OU call-back reduction efforts and deployment of best practices across OU through triage, callback data analysis, Root cause analysis (RRCA), supporting lifetime component management with empirical data from field, coordination with Otis Role and FOD to reduce callback time, and development of applications. - Work with field service to improve quality of Installation Process - Responsible for FTB management by focusing on the timely provision of FTB data with the goal of reducing the Identification phase to a minimum - Support and understand the Cancellation and Customer Experience - Understand customer experience by leveraging data such as KPI's (customer satisfaction, cancellation rate, rebel units, and T1 time). - Support analysis by applying the Continuous Improvement tools to drive action plans - Participate on Product Safety investigation and work closely with regional team achieving planned PASS closing ratio - Follow up PUI completion plans and labor cost with OAs with the goal to reach or exceed annual targets - Develop talent and capabilities within the Central Europe Ukraine OU Field Quality organization - Lead resolution of customer and major field quality issues across the OU including coordinating cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis or escalating when appropriate. - Participate in internal customer board meetings with product team to support the prioritization of quality improvement programs.
