You will be accountable end to end of the Microsoft Windows infrastructures. You will be in charge of the development of the Service Catalog of our products and solutions. *Your Challenges:** * Design * the new solutions and features to meet the Business requirements * * Implement IT operational processes and procedures * to monitor the robustness, optimization, automation and security of the solutions * *Steer the providers* on transformation and Business projects and follow up Run activities * * Maintain life cycle of IT assets * and ensure the completeness of their technical functional information including their relations in the configuration management database (CMDB) * * Provide guidance and support to internal teams * regarding the proper usage of IT platform solutions * * Propose continuous improvement ** Your boarding pass: ** You have a Bachelor''s and/or Master''s degree in IT or in a comparible field of studies* You are service oriented, always seeking for quality and simplicity, framed by the processes and constraints* You are team spirit, sharing your knowledge but able to be autonomous even in complex situations.
