We are looking for a Global Advocacy & Experience Manager Monkey 47 who will live and breathe the brand platform and be based in Stuttgart, nestled between the Global Brand Team (Stuttgart Office) and the Distillery itself (Black Forest), acting as a champion for Monkey 47 at all times.
As Global Advocacy & Experience Manager Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Gin, your main role will be to strengthen the link between Monkey 47 and our brand advocates, both trade and consumer around the world. You will also support the development of advocacy programmes in line with the ambition to retain our top trending position in the eyes of barkeepers & the drinks industry.
These are your responsibilities
* Dedicated brand champion educating and inspiring both internal and external teams and stakeholders.
* Embody the Brand Ambassador mantle, become the main point of contact for all local Brand Ambassadors, offering input on local activations
* Seek feedback, as well as compiling learnings / best practices from existing ambassadors and markets as well as via competitor review identifying best paractices,, consumer needs and feedback on our key initiatives
* Support with advocacy and L3F concepts and tools development, including creation of IBP toolkits and ensuring adoption in market
* Support the Brand Home Manager to manage & oversee Brand Home Expeditions & experience
* Contact point for Pernod Ricard HQ / Global Partnerships as required by Brand Team
* Lead and develop brand education & training programmes
* Any other reasonable additional duties that may be required from time to time
This is your profile
* Experience: 5+ years Experience in Brand Ambassadorial, Sales or Marketing Role with a strong passion for Brands, consumer centricity and social media
