Network Architect (f/m/d)

Your Job:
* To identify attrition percentage in accounts and take up initiatives to reduce the same
* To perform value addition activities (CIP & SIP) and implement strategies to improve productivity
* To implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Cost and analyze the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation through levers like Automation & self-driven initiatives
* To ensure retention of accounts that are due for renewal or maintain high level of customer satisfaction (ACSAT)
* To ensure that all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within SLAs through effective team management and monthly reviews
* To ensure generation of an account level EE & EN revenue
* To ensure absorption of freshers as per the defined account targets
Your profile:
* 10+ years of experience
* Minimum CCNP or equivalent
* Background covering routing / switching/ firewalls / wireless LAN
* Mandatory Technology: Cisco LAN + WLAN. Other vendors such as juniper are nice to have
* Palo Alto firewalls preferred, Fortinet and Cisco useful
* Experience in campus networking is mandatory
* Used to working with a pre-sales or Consultancy mindset
* Assess physical as well logical networking state and issues (therefore onsite required for a small period at least)
* Capture / understand / analyze / document requirements and options before going into solution mode
* Hands-on (CLI, GUI, etc.) work to be expected
Following skills could be an advantage:
* Automation experience could be an advantage
* Experience with Catalyst Center, Netbrain could be an advantage
* Experience of service provider SDWAN as a customer nice to have but not a big deal if not
* Baraccuda firewalls nice to have for one of the projects but not needed for others
