Your Job
What you give your best for.
* Being responsible for the technical further development and support of the solution for store merchandise management, which is used in over 7,300 stores worldwide
* Including the processing and distribution of product master data and providing support for order processes and inventory processes (in relation to the store merchandise management solution)
* Analysing and assessing change requests and designing and implementing new requirements to optimise the deployed solution
* Aligning and prioritising these requirements with the relevant global stakeholders (the business, National IT)
* Serving as the contact person for technical questions in the area of store merchandise management
* Acting as an interface between the business and external service providers/developers
* Promoting innovative ideas with a view to state-of-the-art solutions
Your Profile
What you should have.
* A degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience as a requirement engineer, business analyst or business consultant
* Practical experience in requirements management and in (agile) software development
* Technical expertise in the areas of databases and APIs
* Structured and analytical way of working
* Initiative, decisiveness, persuasiveness and intercultural communication skills
* Very good English language skills and willingness to travel
What is desirable.
* German language skills are beneficial
* Experience in retail and associated understanding of store processes
* Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
* Professional experience as a supporter
* Familiarity with GitLab
* Experience with database queries (SQL)
