What You’ll Do As our Country Manager, you will be overall responsible for developing and driving sales within the DACH region and act as our lead representative in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base, achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer electronics, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will be broken down as follows: Develop business plan through robust forecasting, holding Regional Distributors’ accountable and aligning operational teams. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and key accounts, to expand market presence. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers in potential client organizations. Collaborate with the International teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands. Analyse Regional market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategy adjustments. Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting, Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Deliver the set KPI’s for the year. Implementation of business review with key partners. Act as the face of the company in the market, building relationships with key partners, clients and prospects. Collaborate effectively with team members. Interpret Accounts’ sell-through-data and formulate plans fast so that we are ahead of the competition, reduce risks and, of course, increase sales. Making introductions to top clients, accounts and distributors. 5% travel will be required. Perform additional duties and when required. What You’ll Need to be Successful Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing or a similar field is essential. 5 years of relevant sales experience and 2 years working across EMEA, or MENA are essential 2 years minimum management experience Ability to create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels Ability to understand the competitive landscape and market trends Strong IT skills, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint Effective at multitasking and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently Effective in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, Additional languages are advantageous. Ability to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally as needed.
