Your role:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to drive targeted marketing initiatives for our CDMO and testing services businesses. This role requires a strong background in consultancy, leveraging deep insights and expertise to develop tailored ABM strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance engagement with high-value accounts. The ideal candidate will combine their consulting experience with advanced marketing and ABM tactics to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies focused on high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with CDMO objectives and sales priorities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, define account plans, and prioritize marketing efforts.
- Design and execute personalized multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, email, social media, and events, to drive engagement and conversion.
- Utilize consultancy experience to analyze client pain points, market gaps, propose tailored solutions, and align ABM strategies with broader business goals.
- Conduct in-depth account research to develop insights-driven messaging and content that resonates with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and operations teams.
- Monitor and report on ABM campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance campaign efficiency- Demand Base and SFMC.
- Stay updated on CDMO and testing services industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform ABM strategies.

Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong consultancy background, with the ability to translate needs into actionable marketing strategies.
- Project management experience
- Expertise in ABM tools and platforms (e.g., Demandbase, Salesforce).
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience managing omni-channel campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
