Job Description
As a Secretary at Qima Monasterium, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. Key responsibilities include:
* Manage and organize daily office activities and schedules, handling correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
* Prepare, distribute, and maintain internal and external documents, files, records, and databases.
* Arrange and manage appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Draft, edit, and format reports and presentations, maintaining accuracy and professional presentation.
* Oversee office supplies, coordinate with service providers, and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
* Assist management with projects and tasks, compiling data for reports and presentations as needed.
This job requires 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluent in English.
