Our payroll will benefit from your experience.
Do you have sound experience of compensation and benefits, payroll management and accounting, ideally gained within an international organisation, financial institution or bank? Are you exceptionally numerate, with meticulous attention to detail? Then you can play a central part in HR administration for a pan-European development bank with a unique social mandate.
Bringing together 43 member countries, the CEB finances and responds to emergency situations and actively enhances the living conditions of the most disadvantaged groups. Strengthening social cohesion and building thriving communities in Europe, we drive inclusive growth, bolster economic sustainability – and create exceptional careers.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR Services, you will prepare and manage some 250 payrolls and diverse benefits packages covering multiple sites using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). In particular, we will look to you to check the accuracy of payslips whilst constantly updating files with promotions, arrivals and departures and assisting with pay calculations and analyses. At the same time, you will support the assessment and management of pensions, administer medical and social insurance and drive continuous improvement projects, so every day will bring different challenges.
To join us, you should bring:
1. Proven ability to use SAP SuccessFactors ECP as well as the Employee Central and Time Management modules.
2. Good knowledge of Excel and payroll tools such as HRA.
3. Demonstrable flair for multitasking and prioritising activities against strict deadlines.
4. Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Fluency in either English or French, backed by some command of the other language.
6. A formal qualification in accounting, business administration, law, HR, payroll management or social sciences (ideal but not essential).
Finally, experience of social infrastructure operations within the public and private sectors in Eastern and Central Europe would be very useful but is by no means essential.
