Your Tasks
* Focus on customer satisfaction and continuous development of the group-wide circularity business
* Development of the international circularity group strategy in collaboration with the strategy team, VP, and eVP
* Leadership of venture building in circularity, including platform business and internal capabilities, in cooperation with MMS countries
* Strategic and operational advisory for countries regarding circularity; management of country expectations; facilitation of knowledge exchange and best practice sharing
* Leadership and development of the international Trade-in, Repair, After Sales & Repair, and Branded Services Teams
* Translation of latest trends in sustainability and technology into MMS ventures
* Leadership of the Operational Excellence Initiative: Enhancement of store and HR excellence through key levers such as personalized services, guided selling and active performance-spread management
* Support deployment of AI-based sales assistance for in-store employees to increase service attach rate and drive Customer and Employee Satisfaction
* Development, testing, and scaling of blueprints for successful rollout across all MMS countries
Your Profile
* University degree in Economics, or similar
* Extensive omnichannel retail experience
* Experienced people leader and strong interpersonal Communicator
* Substantial work experience and proven success in international circularity services e.g Repair / Refurbed
* Extensive knowledge in Sustainability area in retail context, ideally omni-channel environment
* Experience in managing international, cross functional projects and people management
* Strategic Skills and proven success in internat. venture building / platform business
* Style of working: Hands on and decision making, Analytical ability & Results-oriented / Adaptability/ Flexibility / Willingness to learn / Perseverance & Performance oriented / Collaboration / Enabler / Effective Communication
