TheBioprocess Territory Manager, Central South(f/m/d) for Cytiva is responsible for providing sales leadership& direction to the Bioprocess account managers in the territoryto meet/exceed annual sales and order budgets and ensure sustainedgrowth & profitability.
This position reportsto the Central Bioprocess Zone Leader and is part of the CentralBioprocess Sales Team and will be fully remote.At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics fromdiscovery todelivery.
What youwill do:
* Lead teamof Bioprocess account managers to meet or exceed territory targetsassigned by the Bioprocess commerciallead
* Support the Bioprocessaccount managers in contributing information to sales strategiesand account plans
* Throughcritical insight on customer biopharmaceutical manufacturingprocesses, support the team to formulate strategies to develop andsupport solutions that meet or exceed customers’ needs and expandBioprocess business by gaining market share in existing and newaccounts
* Communicatebusiness strategy and tactics clearly to the sales team and providefeedback to colleagues, on progress, opportunities, and challengesin the territory
* Responsiblefor talent management to ensure the continued development fordirect reports
* Continuouslydevelop a network of key decision makers. Build a territorybusiness plan and set quarterly priorities to achieve definedbusiness goals
* Lead andsupport sales funnel reviews to meet businesstargets
Whoyou are:
* Bachelor’sDegree in Business, life sciences or relevantfield
* Long standingcommercial experience, preferably in the Biotechnology/ Biopharmaindustry
* Experience withusing CRM tools, preferably SFDC, to manage customer stakeholdersandopportunities
* Demonstrablesuccess in collaborating across a matrix commercial team to buildsolutions to supportcustomers
Itwould be a plus if you alsohave:
* Experience asa commercial people leader, coach or mentor in current or previousrole
* Working knowledge offunnel management, value selling and account planningmethodologies
Travel:
* Abilityto travel 50% and more within territory and occasionallyinternationally
* Must have avalid driver’s license with an acceptable drivingrecord
