Identify and engage with marketing ready leads resulting from demand generation activities and nurturing those leads to opportunities for sellers ? Perform high volume calling with end-goal of identifying qualified opportunities ? Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, and alliance teams to identify target accounts and cultivate prospecting lists ? Enhance contact and company data of prospective customers within CRM (Dynamics), ensuring information is accurately documented ? Work alongside the Marketing team to identify trending verticals and to conduct data-driven communication with prospects ? Maintain and provide reports on the status of leads and prospecting activities. ? Maintain the collaborative relationship between marketing, inside sales leaders, product management and the sales enablement teams to meet organizational goals. Requirements: ? Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently ? Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to change ? Ability to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes Qualifications & Experience ? Bachelor?s degree (Preferred) ? Proficient in communicating (written & verbal) in English ? At least 1-2 years in a sales or lead development role with a track record of success ? Experience cold calling, and customer engagement (30 ? 50 calls, communications per day) ? Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud and networking (Preferred) ? Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred) ? Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills ? Positive attitude, creative thinker, resilient, and driven to provide high-quality customer service ? Commitment to achieving individual and team performance goals ?
