The Product Manager is responsible to manage his/her products over the course of their lifecycle. His/her mission is to make products happen that are
* desired - by the market
* viable - by their business case
* feasible - by the organization
Doing this, the Product Manager translates strategy in tactical and operational measures and aligns those with key stakeholders across the organization. Acting as the central connecting link between market and development - the Product Manager leads the requirements collection and priorization process. He/she drives the product planning together with the development teams. Using Product Roadmaps - representing the product backlog - as the pivotal way of communication, the Product Manager communicates resulting planning to key stakeholders. Leading the products through their lifecycle the Product Manager - as core tasks:
* Collects and prioritizes requirements
* Monitors markets, competition and trends
* Defines required features and product/portfolio elements - Drives product planning - together with the Development team
* Maintains the product roadmap
* Manages the product business case
* Drives product communication and go to market - with Sales and Marketing
* Develops a pricing strategy, conception and implementation - together with Sales
YOUR PROFILE
* University degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or similar
* Strong operating experiences of at least 3 years as a Product Manager for digital products & services
* Fluent English language skills, German language skills beneficial
* Strong communication, leadership and transformational skills
* Strong team player with a can-do attitude and hands-on-mentality
