Job Description
1. Leading a complex large-scale Enterprise ERP / Applications program with critical impact on corporate strategy and overall organization success
2. Set up the program and team structure and manage cross-functional ERP program to ensure its delivery on quality, in time, in budget and in full
3. Closely involve and collaborate with Program Stakeholders and prepare decision documents for the leadership team up to C-level
4. Develop comprehensive program and project plans to establish clear objectives, timelines and resources using existing project management tools and processes
5. Monitor and control daily project activities including progress and achievement of objectives
6. Fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within project teams and with project stakeholders
7. Identifying potential risks and issues, developing risk mitigation strategies, making specific project decisions and escalating risks and issues to project stakeholders
8. Implementation of quality control measures for first-class project results
Qualifications
9. Sound professional experience in program and project management of international highly success-relevant, strategic corporate projects / (in-house) consulting / business development
10. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects involving significant people, process and technology change
11. Deep experience in managing company-wide cross-functional Enterprise ERP / Applications programs in an international environment
12. Knowledge and experience with business process and large-scale transformational initiatives
13. Experience standardizing and simplifying business processes is an advantage
14. Successfully completed technical or business studies
15. Sound and long-standing experience with Stage-Gate, agile project management processes and their tools
16. Program management training and certificates such as PMI, Scrum, etc. desirable
17. Excellent communication, cooperation and team building skills
18. Analytical and strategic thinking skills
19. Strong presentation skills, confident demeanor and influencing skills
20. Fluent English skills (verbally and in writing) including technical terms
21. Willingness to travel
