To achieve this vision, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Digital Marketing & CX Professional to join our team.
As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist at Clarios, you will play a vital role in supporting our strategic initiatives across various digital channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development as you collaborate with our talented team to drive impactful results.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working with the Senior Digital Marketing & CX Manager, support the definition and implementation of the digital marketing strategy for VARTA, with a specific focus on the website experience, web conversion points and search (organic & paid) traffic.
2. Gradually take ownership, as you develop within the role, of the planning, management, and coordination of strategic digital marketing projects.
3. Support the Trade Marketing and Brand & Communication teams with planning and implementation of web assets for campaigns, providing input on ideation and technical considerations.
4. Using data and input from SMEs, develop and optimize a comprehensive user experience for our online presence, defining personas, value proposition, journeys, and experiences for our key customers groups.
5. Coordinate UX and CRO activities, including prioritization, research, concepting, design, testing and refinement to continuously to ensure delivery of high-quality the user experience.
6. Working with external experts, administer an integrated search strategy, including both SEO and SEA, driving high quality, engaged traffic to the website.
7. Partner with the Digital Content Specialist to deliver a content strategy for the website based on search volumes and opportunities.
8. Coordinate web development backlog, continuously prioritizing SME requirements in the backlog based on customer feedback, market trends, and business value.
9. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, identifying and acting on opportunities.
10. Work with the wider Digital Marketing & CX and IT teams on the coordinate tracking on the website.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices to enhance the capabilities of the UX team and deliver better user experiences.
Education, skills, and experience:
12. Apprenticeship in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
13. Previous internship experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer experience is preferred.
14. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
15. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
16. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
17. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
18. Passion for digital marketing, customer experience, and driving results.
19. English fluent (business proficiency), further languages are a plus.
