Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Architect Digital Products to join our department of Digital Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership of our digital product portfolio and will define the technological strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
* Take on the technical responsibility for the entire digital product portfolio and define the technological strategy and roadmap.
* Gather technical requirements of customers (e.g. hospitals) by analyzing their infrastructure and assessing their needs, such as data protection and cybersecurity.
* Continuously develop the requirements engineering process for digital products, taking into account future product developments and technological challenges.
* Design flexible, scalable, and cost-efficient product architectures and ensure smooth implementation.
* Promote collaboration between various teams, including research, development, production, and quality management, to ensure alignment with product goals.
* Lead operational projects with technical responsibility and work closely with the Project Portfolio Manager to implement initiatives efficiently and innovatively.
* Act as the central point of contact for all lifecycle management activities, including the phase-in/phase-out strategy for new suppliers, always maintaining a strategic overview.
Requirements
* University degree in engineering or comparable.
* Excellent technical knowledge of hardware and software architecture, ideally in a medical technology company.
* Many years of experience in product maintenance and development as well as cross-functional projects.
* Interest in and understanding of IT architecture and the associated interfaces, ideally in the healthcare sector (e.g. clinics).
* Very good communication and presentation skills and ability to achieve goals through high assertiveness, networking skills and a high level of commitment.
