Basic Qualifications - Substantial enterprise sales experience demonstrating progressive growth and impact in strategic account growth and demonstrated expertise in business value selling to C-level executives, including financial modeling and ROI analysis - Strong track record of developing transformational account strategies and proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes - Strong technical aptitude with cloud solutions and architectures (equivalent combinations of experience and technical knowledge will be considered) - Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) - Experience in the German enterprise market Preferred Qualifications - Technical background in engineering or computer science, MBA or equivalent business degree - Expertise in value-based selling methodologies and cross-functional selling experience with technical teams and partners - Experience with German business culture and enterprise sales cycles - Additional European language skills - Track record of complex cloud solution sales and passion for building diverse, high-performing teams Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
