We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Director (m/f/d) to oversee the entire operations ecosystem of our organization.
This role encompasses leadership of the machining production department, assembly production department, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations, including production planning, warehouse management, logistics, and dispatch.
The Operations Director (m/f/d) will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments, and delivering results aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a proven leader with strong expertise in manufacturing operations, supply chain optimization, and team development.
