What you’ll do & Who you are To expand our team, we are seeking a proactive and dedicated Dealer Account Manager Online / Inside Sales Manager (d/f/m) to join us. We have 5 positions available to join our team and shape the future with us This is a hybrid role (2-3 office days/ week), and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg. In this role, you will report to our MidMarket-Sales Segment Lead while directly engaging with our valued clients to ensure their satisfaction and success. What you'll do : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our dealers. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and providing solutions Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth Employ a consultative selling approach by understanding dealers' business challenges, identifying their needs, and providing value-added solutions that align with their goals Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value. Resolve any issues or conflicts promptly to ensure client satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer service) to deliver seamless service Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights to stakeholders Who you are: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or a similar role. You have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You know how to analyze data and identify trends to develop actionable strategies. Experience with CRM software and other professional sales tools. You are self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. You have a customer-focused mindset with a passion for building strong partnerships. Experience and knowledge in the automotive industry and/or car dealership sector is a strong plus. (Business) fluent in German (C1) and good level of English. Willingness to travel (10-20%) to visit dealer & participate in events.
