As the Principal Product Manager, you will define and drive the development of core features and capabilities, elevating and personalizing the shopping journey for Zalandos sports enthusiasts.WHAT WE''D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)Develop a comprehensive product strategy & vision (1 2 years) for the Sports Proposition, and be the accountable leader for shaping an actionable roadmap and executing on it with a high degree of autonomy, transparency, and resilience.Drive the end to end product development lifecycle, from discovery to Execution, including defining problems, sizing the opportunity, identifying the best solution, coordinating product design and development efforts, supporting user testing, and ensuring successful product delivery.You will collaborate closely with the Platform Product Managers (ZCP) and Propositions PMs to identify common customer needs that you can turn into scalable capabilities.Use data driven insights to identify areas for improvement, drive product optimizations, and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies. You analyze trends and customer feedback to identify market leading opportunities and act as a thought leader for technology driven innovation for your Domain.You will act as the key Product counterpart for the Engineering, Design and Analytics teams in your domain, providing thought leadership on product methodology and best practice ways of working.Collaborate effectively to ensure alignment, obtain buy in, and drive successful implementation of product initiatives across multiple teams, disciplines and individuals.
