We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) Online to join our team in the DLD | Commercial department at De'Longhi Group. In this role, you will manage key accounts in the online retail sector, develop strong relationships, and drive sales growth.

* Relevant experience (2-3 ys) in key account management in an online retail environment.
* Demonstrated success in driving online sales and revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key online retailers.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* fluent German is a must
