Your Responsibilities Scheduling of all taught programs, classes and any associated events for our Potsdam and Berlin locations. Creating and publishing student and faculty timetables for all degree programs and associated events at the Potsdam and Berlin campus. Understand the resources required for each timetabled semester to enable effective planning. Identify and plan timetable structures for students to enhance the overall student experience and their ability to plan their study and other commitments appropriately. Liaise with the academic teaching team in drawing up the timetable to ensure appropriate teaching and module loads. Supporting the academic team by calculating the professorial quotas for the individual study programs. Coordination and editing of the timetables in cooperation with the lecturers of all departments. Reporting on room usage and future resource planning. Answering to student inquiries regarding Scheduling related matters in English and German. Reservation of rooms for optimal planning based on availability, student numbers, and course needs, in compliance with various safety concepts. Entering and managing data in the student administration system. Your profile Fluency in English, ideally professional writing as well. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in IT, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, mail merge, and ideally PowerBI. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data management. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in a similar administrative role within the education sector is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree, a Master’s degree is preferred, but not required. Why us?
