Our client is specializing in the research, design, manufacturing, and sales of consumer-grade robots. Dedicated to integrating robotics and artificial intelligence into daily life, the company leverages technology to expand the boundaries of modern living.
With a core team boasting over a decade of experience in robot product design, R&D, and mass production, our client launched an intelligent robotic lawn mower in September 2021. This product integrates multiple sensor inputs to achieve centimeter-level precision positioning and has garnered attention from major technology and investment media worldwide.
To further expand its market in Germany, the company is seeking a Key Account Manager Germany.
Position Responsibility
* Responsible for establishing relationships with key-decision-makers of target customers, fostering healthy collaboration with their procurement and category teams.
* Develop long-term category strategy and execute a tactical plan with key accounts to drive sales growth of assigned product portfolio.
* Develop, execute and manage promotional plan and co-marketing campaign with key accounts for assigned product portfolio.
* Drive optimization of product display space, placement and effectiveness in retail stores, contribute to the product training programs to ensure sales personnel are equipped with essential product knowledge.
* Responsible for the business outcomes of assigned key accounts, identifying and driving optimization project with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable growth.
* Monitor the competition within assigned country/region, regularly share insights to optimize product roadmap planning.
Background Required
* BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Sales & Marketing, fluent in English and German/French/Swedish.
* Minimum of 5 years of account manager roles within the DIY industry, especially building and managing key relationships in retail and online.
* Broad professional background within Sales, Product/Category management or Marketing.
* strong analytical and commercial acumen required including extensive knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint (or equivalent).
* Familiar with data management tools and systems (Sales Force, SAP, Others)
* Travel flexibility up to 30%.
