FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
We are looking for a dynamic trainee to join the TA Register – LUX’s team.
* Start date: ASAP
* Duration: 12 months
* Employment rate: Full time or Part-time (80% - 1day/week at school)
* Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school
Your role
* Opening investor accounts in the Transfer Agent (TA) unit's systems.
* Configuring and updating client databases.
* Handling internal and external requests relating to the client register.
* Carry out daily checks relating to our professional obligations in terms of anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/ATF).
Your profile
Qualifications and knowledge:
⦁ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering, or a related field.
⦁ Knowledge of or strong interest in Luxembourg AML/KYC regulations.
⦁ Knowledge of the different roles in the investment fund industry (custodian bank, transfer agent and fund administration), as well as of the related regulatory framework.
⦁ Excel advanced functions (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups).
Would be a definite plus:
⦁ Any FATCA / CRS experience / knowledge
⦁ Knowledge of Multifonds or Fenex software
Language skills:
⦁ Fluency in both English and French.
