About the Role: As a Customer Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our customers in the entertainment industry. Your main responsibilities will involve handling customer inquiries via chat and email, with only a small portion of your time (5-10%) spent on inbound calls. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.
