Core responsibilities
Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration
* Partner and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives
Analytical Problem Framing
* Analytical outlook to frame the right questions while diving deep into business domains and processes
Data Integration and Collaboration
* Connect data from various sources, collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop comprehensive data solutions
Data Model Development
* Develop robust and clean data models, ensuring high-quality data thereby leading high-quality analytics
Insightful Data Communication
* Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support product development and decision-making
Data-Driven Decision Support
* Support the business decision-making process, by generating analytical solutions by leveraging exploratory data analysis and hypothesis based “proof of concept” framework
The skillset we are looking for
* Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a business context
* Strong zeal for Data crunching and wrangling
* Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
