Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Global Operations’ controlling for BU Catalysts, engaging as a Business Partner to the Head of Operations and Supply Chain.
* Lead and manage the controlling for a Segment of BU CA, engaging as a Business Partner to the Segment Head & co-owning the financial performance.
* Play an active role in the global BU Controlling team.
* Manage complex projects with stakeholders from various functions.
* Enhance relevant tools and reports in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and ensure consistent roll-out / use of standard processes across BU.
* Build on corporate / regional / local Finance organizations to maximize controlling efficiency for area of responsibility as well as ensuring abidance by all relevant standards.
Requirements
* You possess a degree in Business administration or equivalent with 5-7 years of professional experience in Controlling / Finance functions.
* You have experience in plant / operations Controlling.
* You possess proficient experience with SAP CO / CO-PA / PP and Power BI.
* You have a high level of confidence in communicating and cooperating within multicultural teams.
* You are passionate about building up own network of relevant functions.
* You have a proactive and energetic personality with a high learning agility and the ability to drive changes as well as result driven.
* You have excellent English skills.
