Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Germany)
Salary: €50,000 per annum rising immediately after probation

About the Role:
We are a rapidly growing and profitable international manufacturing company, a market leader in our sector. As we continue our expansion into Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, we’re looking for a hands-on and practical Area Sales Manager to join our team and work closely with our network of franchisees and distributors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for field sales and coaching, looking to make a real impact in a growing business. You’ll receive a comprehensive training programme to develop your skills and help you become a trusted business advisor to your assigned distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work alongside distributors, hopping on and off their mobile showrooms to provide hands-on support
2. Act as a sales coach and mentor, inspiring distributors to achieve their business and personal goals
3. Develop and implement robust business plans, holding regular reviews to drive success
4. Organise area sales meetings and product launches
5. Support distributor recruitment and sales inductions
What You Bring:
6. Fluent German language skills (both spoken and written)
7. Good command of English
8. Ideally from a Field Sales background
9. A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn and develop
10. Strong coaching, development, and motivational skills
11. A good understanding of profit and loss management
12. Motivated and able to travel regularly
13. Practical, hands-on approach
