Job Description
The Senior Digital Marketing Communications Manager is part of the global Marketing Communications team in the Business Unit Communications, Security Systems division. The Marketing Communications department is a strong and dynamic in-house creative services team responsible for global marketing communications and brand management for the Bosch Communications, Sound and Audio portfolio covering the brands Bosch, Dynacord, Electro-Voice, RTS and Telex. The diverse product portfolio includes loudspeakers, audio electronics, intercom, public address systems and more – and targets an equally broad audience from musicians to governments to stadiums. Team members are based in Europe, the US, Singapore and China.
Digital Channel Management:
1. Ensure our global / regional / local portfolio of digital channels best serve our customers, partners and brands
2. Ensure our global / regional / local portfolio of digital platforms address the needs of our brands and segments
3. Develop and execute digital marketing communications strategies across web, social media, email, blogs, and other digital communication tools
4. Manage and optimize digital marketing communications campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of digital marketing communications efforts with overall business objectives
Technical Expertise:
6. Utilize technical knowledge of digital tools and platforms to enhance marketing communications effectiveness
7. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of digital marketing communications tools, including CRM, CMS, email marketing, and marketing automation systems
8. Manages the onboarding, ownership and access of digital channels including websites, content management systems, social media, project management software etc.
9. Ensure compliance with digital marketing communications regulations for digital channels
10. Collaborate with central IT and digital teams to integrate digital marketing communications platforms with other business systems as necessary
Content Development and Optimization:
11. Consult content creators on how to optimize content for various digital channels to best engage target audiences and support brand messaging
12. Utilize HTML, CSS, and content management systems to make necessary adjustments and enhancements
Performance Monitoring and Analytics:
13. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing channels using analytics tools (, Google Analytics)
14. Prepare and present regular reports on global digital marketing communications performance and provide actionable insights
15. Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness
16. Support segment teams on digital reporting and analysis as necessary

17. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing communications trends, tools, and technologies
18. Identify and implement innovative digital marketing communications strategies to enhance user experience and engagement
19. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth in digital marketing communications initiatives
Qualifications
Requirements
20. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field
21. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing communications, with a focus on strategy implementation and execution
22. Strong technical skills in digital tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, CRM, CMS, email marketing, and marketing automation
23. Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS) and experience with content management systems
24. Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (, Google Analytics)
25. Strong project management skills with the ability to direct web development and design resources
26. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
27. Language(s): English, German an advantage
