The position offers you extensive planning and implementation opportunities with a major influence on the design of the working environment for employees with office workstations at our headquarters in Osnabrück. This includes the planning and realization of the workplaces for the upcoming construction phase as well as for the target concept. You will be required to plan and implement the project tasks independently, always working closely with a highly committed core team.

1. Project management of the "Admin" sub-project
2. Detailing the project scope on the basis of existing specifications
3. Active planning, control and realization of the relevant scope with the involvement of all stakeholders in the project team
4. Recording the current situation with regard to current workplace utilization and close coordination of the target concept and changes with all relevant areas
5. Creation of milestones and project plans
6. Conscious use and management of resources (capacities, budget) as well as status reporting and documentation
7. Definition of design potential for our buildings for a "re-fit"
8. Regular review of our Hellmann policy on mobile working with regard to the impact on planning and the definition of workplace requirements
9. Consideration and selection of a workplace booking tool in conjunction with the office utilization concept
10. Planning and project management of all relevant scopes in connection with the planned internal relocation activities of employees

11. Completed commercial training or technical/business studies
12. Affinity for project management, preferably supplemented by initial experience in project management
13. Hands-on mentality and a structured way of working
14. Communication skills and stakeholder management for collaboration with various departments
15. Ideally experience in change management
