Strengthen this area as IT specialist for system integration (f/m/d) Place of work: Berlin Your tasks: You will work in a team consisting of 19 employees. You provide technical and administrative support for user-related hardware and software, including video conferencing systems and mobile devices. You accept fault reports and carry out fault analysis and rectification. You will be responsible for setting up and dismantling the technical workstation equipment and managing hardware loan devices, including issuing loan laptops. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and expansion or modification of hardware and software. You will also be responsible for software maintenance, maintaining user accounts and authorizations and creating documentation. Your profile: You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist:in the field of system integration or IT systems electronics technician:in. Ideally, you have some relevant professional experience and experience of working with Windows operating systems and application software - both as a user and as a system administrator. You have experience in connecting mobile devices to company networks and in ISO 27001 certification based on IT baseline protection (e.g. BSI standards) You also have knowledge of hardware configurations, file transfer networks and software distribution solutions and ideally have some experience of working with IT ticket systems. You have excellent communication skills and very good written and spoken German (at least C1 level). You have a high level of team spirit, commitment and openness to new ideas; a confident and friendly manner and a well-groomed appearance round off your profile.
