The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SDA market, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies. The position is offered on a Hybrid or Remote working basis depending upon location, with travel to our Munich office as required. What you will do Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share in the SDA sector across the DACH region Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners supporting their growth plans Manage relationships with existing accounts; retail and online Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain, to ensure successful product launches and market penetration Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing structures, and promotional activities with key accounts Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and report on business development initiatives Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, identifying networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility What you need to succeed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Extensive experience in business development, sales, or account management within the SDA or consumer electronics industry Strong knowledge of the DACH market, including key players, distribution channels, and industry trends Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to deliver sales and achieve revenue targets in a competitive market Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region What We Offer A dynamic and fast-paced work environment in a growing industry Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Working with a collaborative and ambitious international team Flexibility with hybrid or remote work options, depending on location LI-JJ1 LI-Hybrid Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
