Technological development I Management
With whom you will CELLebrate
The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
* Collaborate with materials suppliers to develop next generation materials for high energy LiB products
* Work on sourcing low-cost cathode, anode, separator and electrolyte for cost optimization
* Evaluate, screen and implement materials for cell product development
* Resolve issues related to materials used for current/next generation products
* Validate materials to meet battery specifications and support technically to qualify materials suppliers/sources
* Disciplinary and professional management of the technology team
* Design and structure of the organization
* Definition and implementation of internal and external work processes
* Define, edit & control subprojects in the field of SolidState Battery technology
* Structuring of collaboration with cooperation partners in the environment of SolidState battery against the background of an ever-changing Technology and market environment
