By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA and for the people who work here.NTT DATA is currently looking for a Technical Demand Manager (f/m/d) Hardware Solution Buildforour growing team in Germany.Responsibilities and dutiesServe as the main point of contact for the customer in the Hardware Solution Build area, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.Work with various hardware vendors on server hardwaretopics including server procurement.Build the solution on reported issues for various hardware in coordination with vendor etc.Extensively work on the Hardwaresolutioning, the work will include: Set and test firmware and driver baseline. Create packaging for Firmware & BIOS Create and test Firmware & BIOS and driver 3rd level, Firmware & BIOS Deal with problems and follow up. Work on Hardware manufacturer specific tools (monitoring, reporting, ...) Documentation of new server hardware or variants. Creation of new server models in various tools (currently e.g., PRIMA, IT SSP). Evaluation with existing supplier of new Hardware, components (e.g., other FC cards), lifecycle. Evaluation of new Hardware manufacturer against current Hardware manufacturer. Meetings IT LAB administration.Regularly follow up with the customer to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.Build and maintain a strong relationship with the customer, fostering trust and satisfaction.Actively listen to and understand customer needs, anticipating potential challenges and proactively working to address them.Role requirementsMust have:Proven experience in a technical customer service role with a strong track record of achieving high customer satisfactionStrong in technical demand and inventory managementBasic Linux/Unix System Administration knowledgeExperience in working on Hardware topics including vendor supportKnowledge of Server hardwareBasic Windows knowledgeData Center knowledgeFluent in both German and English, written and spokenAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect directly with the customerAbility to identify customer needs and provide proactive solutions.Strong problem solving skills, with an emphasis on quick and effective resolution.Desirable:Reporting: includes Hardware lifecycle, inventory etc.Various Vendors Server knowledgeWork location:This position is mainly remote and requires you to travel
