Your Role as Expert Transfer Agent:
As an integral part of the team, you'll be the go-to expert for alternative investment fund clients and their investors. Your responsibilities will include managing investor onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and accurately handling transactions. You'll also act as the central liaison for clients and stakeholders, delivering outstanding service and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Senior Transfer Agent - Responsibilities
* Onboarding new investors and conducting detailed risk assessments.
* Ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations and other legal requirements.
* Processing investor transactions and preparing accurate shareholder reports.
* Coordinating with clients, AIFMs, banks, and auditors to meet client needs.
* Managing FATCA/CRS reporting and staying up to date with regulatory changes.
* Supervising junior team members and fostering collaboration within the department.
Senior Transfer Agent - Your Profile:
* 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the alternative investment fund sector.
* Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
* Strong expertise in AML/KYC regulations and investor relations management.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
* Meticulous, organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives both independently and in a team.
