Product Expert Mobility - Specialty Lines What you do The Product Manager Mobility takes a role in ensuring the core tasks of the PM&I function according to the TOM Bluebook to be successfully implemented, executed, and monitored for Specialty Lines Business. In this role, he or she has the objective to build up a broad knowledge of the existing products and processes across markets. He or she represents one of the central contact points for LoB Management, Sales teams (local, regional & global) as well as BU/OE representatives. With his or her profound knowledge of products and customer needs, the LoB Management can also rely on him or her to represent the LoB at relevant client meetings/pitches, trainings and other external events (such as expert forums etc.). In his or her capacity, he or she will further develop the product portfolio together with the RMI & SL Senior Lead while liaising with all relevant internal and external stakeholders for relevant input. Despite the complexity and the challenge to develop a global value proposition, he or she will ensure that the compliance of the product offering and also stay in line with AZ Group's core targets Simplicity, Standardization, and Customer Centricity. Responsibilities: Map, harmonize, and develop global products according to Allianz product standards in close collaboration with all stakeholders (incl. product development process, compliance & audit, product testing, T&C creation etc.) Research & Development of strategic growth opportunities (incl. conception of new products, digital business models etc.) based on mobility trends Monitoring of product portfolio and central coordination of subsequent actions (i.e. adaptations, renewal support, decommissioning of products) Support of Sales functions as product expert (i.e. during tender, product discussions with potential B-Partners) Coordination of market roll-outs in close collaboration with local Allianz Partners entities. What you bring 5 years of professional experience within the insurance industry. Affinity to new technologies and solutions, such as digital customer journeys. Strong conceptual thinking and ability to design new and original solutions to complex problems. Experience in project management (incl. stakeholder management, rollout-planning, project management methods). 2 years experience in product management or similar functions (incl. product development, T&C creation, Customer Compliance) Good understanding of Automotive products (in particular warranty products) Bachelor and/or Masters degree, alternatively also insurance qualification (i.e. management assistant for insurance & finance - IHK) Fluent in English, preferably also German & French.
