Field Sales Expert, Switzerland & Austria (m/w/d) Herbalife International Deutschland GmbH Graefenhaeuser Strasse 85 Darmstadt 64293 About the role: As a Field Sales Expert, Switzerland & Austria, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and maintaining communication with Herbalife Distributors to ensure maximum Distributor Success. This will be achieved through frequent field visits, calls, and attendance at Distributor trainings and events. Additionally, you will develop and manage ongoing relationships with leadership in order to leverage support for corporate initiatives as well as to ensure that the company is in tune with their needs in growing the business. In this role, you will: Build strong, positive relationships with the entire Distributor Success team, ensuring team-oriented collaboration with other Sales Experts working in the field Act as front-line support to Distributors in the field, engaging with local leaders at all levels of the marketing plan to build trust-based relationships and support sustainable growth Maintain communication and build relationships with Distributors to understand trends, identify new sales opportunities, and address support requirements Learn and share best practices among Distributors to promote growth and foster sales activities in the designated region Attend monthly regional seminars, Herbalife Opportunity Meetings, and other local trainings as an Ambassador of the company, as well as national and international company meetings as required Create reports using BI tools and work with Distributors to provide a comprehensive understanding of their business and highlight growth opportunities Regularly ensure that individual Distributor business data is reported and analyzed to maximize growth and success Organize and lead conference calls, meetings, and trainings in the designated region, focusing on DMOs and Open meetings/events. Who are we looking for? University degree (Business/Marketing) or solid commercial education At least 4 years of field sales experience (B2B/MLM preferred) Proven track record in a sales-driven environment Experience organizing corporate events, exhibitions, conferences (preferable) Budget management, market analysis, and sales figures experience FMCG experience (asset) Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Driving license required Strong leadership and results-driven personality Distributor/customer-focused with relationship-building skills Excellent analytical, numerate, and communication skills Fluent in German, French and English Motivated, organized, and self-starting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive, flexible, and adaptable with high level of integrity Team player with attention to detail and accuracy Interest in healthy and active lifestyle Willingness to work weekends We Offer: Be part of a growing, global organization with opportunities to make a real impact.
