Your tasks: Supporting our customers in defining integrated solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE. Assume overall responsibility for the technical implementation and function as an interface between the customer and the development team (onshore/nearshore/offshore). Competent advice to our customers when setting up company-wide CRM platforms with regard to technical implementation. Responsibility for the structured recording of customer requirements within the framework of our CRM project approach model. Leverage Avanade's internal assets, tools, and best practices in application lifecycle management for D365 CE, including data management and data model validation tools, and DevOps YAML pipelines as customizable starting points for each project. Application of proven test frameworks such as Avanade UI Automation with Specflow (BDD - Human Readable Automated Testcases) and use of proven test strategies. Supporting sales in relevant acquisition phases as a technical and/or functional expert. Taking over the leadership of the project team in the development of future-proof solution concepts. Your skills and experience: Comprehensive technical expertise in the area of ??MS Business Solutions, especially MS Dynamics CRM/CE and in the design of architectures. Knowledge and experience in requirements engineering, ideally in an agile environment. In-depth knowledge in the analysis and design of business processes for marketing, sales and service. Structured and methodical approach to developing technical solutions. Collaboration with customers and in (agile) project teams. Ideally, many years of project experience in the .NET area (C#), JavaScript, TypeScript and DevOps. About you: Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English. Initiative, analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach. Persuasiveness through service-oriented thinking and action. Enthusiasm and high level of self-motivation and sense of responsibility. Quick comprehension and the ability to present complex issues clearly. Enjoyment of new and complex challenges and working in a diverse team. Willingness to travel (depending on the respective project assignments). Fluent language skills in German and English (minimum B2/C1).
