Your responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization’s mission, values, and legal requirements Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring fair and transparent procedures, and attracting qualified candidates Manage the performance management system, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and staff development plans Manage employee relations, addressing staff grievances and conflicts, and provide guidance and support to supervisor and managers on HR-related matters, including staff performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and leave management, as well as coordinate with the finance and administration team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Professional support of staff in relation to Safeguarding issues and investigations in the regional context Coordination of topic-related in-house work processes surrounding reporting mechanisms and PSEAH Receiving reports from the regional context concerning SEAH and initiating the appropriate actions in coordination with other parties involved Your profile: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public administration, human resources, or a related field At least 5 years of HR management experience in similar positions or duties Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Turkish labor laws, and regulations Practical experience in the areas of prevention, detection, and case management in the context of SEAH Knowledge of international safeguarding policies, standards, and procedures within the humanitarian and development sector Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Kobo toolbox, Power BI, and data collection tools required Fluent in English and Turkish both in written and spoken skills.
