Area of responsibilities:
* Manage all incoming customer complaints and after sales complaints upon completion.
* Carry out administrative and organizational tasks.
* Planning in deliveries and following up on logisitcal issues.
* Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners.
* Order processing via phone, email or EDI package.
Profile of qualification:
* Successfully completed Commercial Apprenticeship or similar.
* First experience the customer relations field (or similar) within an international environment.
* Fluent in German and English both.
* Proactive and service orientated personality.
