Introduction
Your mission
* Responsible for driving demand in our target region Northern Europe with a focus on DACH, aligned with company objectives and revenue goals.
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate leads and opportunities, e.g. via ABM, mailings, events, paid ads, partner collaborations, webinars, etc.
* Create quarterly and yearly marketing plans and monitor budget.
* Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
* Close project-related cooperation with other departments such as Sales, Product Management, and Consulting.
Your profile
* Completed studies in the field of marketing, economics, or eCommerce.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of B2B marketing.
* Interest and know-how in the area of eCommerce.
* Comfortable with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Microsoft Office.
* Clear and confident communication, internally and externally.
* Copywriting and storytelling skillset.
* Proactive and enthusiastic team player.
* Solution-oriented way of thinking and working.
* Fluent in German and English.
