Your new job includes
As CRM Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for our omnichannel campaigns.
In particular, you will
* plan, coordinate and implement cross-channel campaigns (print, newsletter, app) for our customers
* ultimately be responsible for campaign design and implementation and coordinate these with internal interfaces as well as external suppliers and service providers
* develop personalized and automated new customer, activation and retention measures based on the customer journey, especially in the area of trigger emails and marketing automation
* develop personalization concepts and implement them in existing systems
* regularly monitor current trends and developments in CRM marketing, customer loyalty and personalization concepts
Preferred Profile
* Degree with a focus on marketing, communication, media studies or comparable training with relevant professional experience
* At least 3 years of professional experience in CRM marketing / digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce or product management, ideally in a retail environment
* Knowledge of CRM systems, in particular experience with Salesforce Cloud would be desirable
* Business fluent in German and English
* Enthusiasm for the latest trends and benchmarks in the field of CRM
* Independent way of working, hands-on mentality and confident demeanor
* Open and respectful interaction with your colleagues, which is particularly important to us as an internationally active family business
