Job Description OVERVIEW: In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for managing the HR technology, data, & insights portfolio, driving organizational scalability, efficiency, and positive stakeholder experience. In this role you will work closely with the People Leadership Team, the Chief People Officer and aligning closely with our Engineering Division. You will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to focus on developing our systems & insights landscape to continuously improve on our foundations and provide solutions which will support with our short & long term People strategy. THE CHALLENGE: Serves as the overall product owner for the Workday ecosystem (HCM, Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Adaptive Planning, Peakon) and other supporting HR applications (SmartRecruiters, Talent & Learning, time & absence), driving the strategic direction, roadmap, prioritization, and continual pursuit of new, innovative capabilities and features. Coordinates all HR technology plans and key strategic projects including but not limited to, vendor demos, selection process, implementation, and upgrade/new release timeframes within the HR division. Cultivates strong partnerships/collaboration among team, business process owners and stakeholders (People Partnering, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, IT etc.) to gather information and translate that into a business process/system functionality that aligns with the needs of the business with a stellar employee experience. Delivers data-driven workforce insights to uncover trends, drive action, and inform decisions. Develops and matures our People Analytics function and strategy. Executes and supports CoEs with systems part of cyclical processes – e.g. engagement survey, performance management cycle, pay review cycle Works closely with the VP People Operations and People Advisory on opportunities for process improvement, maximizing organizational efficiency. Lead, develop, and motivate a high performing team, reinforcing the organization’s core values and expectations through exemplary behavior, communication, and coaching practices. Comply with internal and external auditing policies and procedures as well as they pertain to HRIS systems and data. Effectively mitigate risks, including the development and maintenance of strong process & implementation controls. YOUR PROFILE: Deep knowledge of Workday features and ecosystem, and of proven experience in maximizing the benefit of Workday along with other HRIS platforms, ideally experienced with some of our existing/planned modules & systems: Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Adaptive Planning, Peakon, Talent, Learning, SmartRecruiters. Experienced in managing global digital projects with stakeholders from multiple functions. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines. Strong change management skills and ability to influence at all levels. Possess exceptional analytical skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Adept at solving complex HR problems, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement through innovative solutions. Pragmatic, quick thinking and action orientated
