What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Go-To-Market (GTM) to join our Customer Experience department.
In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful market introduction and expansion of our innovative products. You will also ensure operational excellence within the GTM team, leveraging your strategic thinking, process optimization skills, and data-driven decision-making to enhance our business operations and support GTM initiatives.
1. Assist in crafting and implementing go-to-market strategies, and work closely with GTM leadership on strategic initiatives
2. Track and analyse GTM performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to enhance business outcomes
3. Identify inefficiencies in GTM processes, implement improvements, and develop best practices to ensure operational excellence
4. Facilitate collaboration between GTM and departments such as Marketing, Sales, Product, and Demand Gen, ensuring alignment with broader company goals
5. Analyze data from various sources to support GTM strategies and create and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor progress and performance
6. Identify potential risks to GTM initiatives, develop mitigation strategies, and manage resource allocation for effective execution
7. Lead key GTM projects to ensure timely and successful completion, coordinating with stakeholders on project scope, goals, and timelines
Basic Qualifications:
8. Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
9. 2+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS company
10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
11. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
12. Familiarity with SaaS industry trends and best practices
13. Proven experience in process optimization and project management
14. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
15. Proficiency in business intelligence tools, project management software, and CRM systems
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; any other languages are a plus
