Be part of our internal IT team leading the corporation to the next generation SAP ERP system: S/4HANA.and upcoming HANA migrations (S4H4) You will advise and support our business in the design and implementation of innovative and customized SAP solutions in the HCM Area, mainly in the Payroll, HR Management process areas. As a member of our global team, you will take responsibility for the entire development process - from requirements gathering, design and implementation to the stable productive operation of the developed solutions. You will implement SAP solutions (customizing, functional testing, training, etc.) based on our global harmonization initiative. Through your active participation in cross-functional working groups and communities of practice, you will help shape our technological foundations. Integrate adjacent systems via interfaces in collaboration with our internal development team. Continue to educate our key user community by conducting training sessions. Support and improve existing business processes by resolving support tickets (incidents and small changes) and contribute to process improvement & harmonization. Monitor and manage external implementation service providers. Completed university studies (HR, International Business, business informatics or similar) or comparable qualification. At least 3 years of professional experience. At least 3 years of experience in configuration of SAP HCM, Time Management and Payroll(DE and CH). Application and integration knowledge to other SAP and non-SAP solutions. Team player Ability to work in international teams in a matrix organization and to collaborate across business groups and divisions. Analytical thinking skills and ability to work independently and in a structured manner. Strong communication skills, especially the ability to explain technical solutions in business language. Experience of HANA Projects in HR Area are added Advantage English and German language skills (B2/C1)
