ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our go-to-market team to drive B2B business development. Your main focus will be generating leads through online channels like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator. Experience with automated lead generation and nurturing tools like Clay, Surfe, or LaGrowth Machine is a plus.
Be part of our go-to-market team and help us grow, increase sales and improve our product!
* Lead generation: Actively identify and engage with potential customers through various channels including LinkedIn, Xing and our UMH Community.
* Strategy development: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, account management and Go-To-Market.
* Go-To-Market Management: Communicate and collaborate with Product Development, Customer Success and Marketing to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure that this is reflected in our product and marketing efforts.
* Process management: Continuously optimize and automate our lead management (CRM) and generation processes to increase efficiency.
* Market research: Gain market knowledge, analyse and identify potential trends and draw conclusions for UMH.
YOUR PROFILE
* Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
* Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
* Fluent in English
* Located in or able to relocate to Gurgaon

Bridging the computer and factory worlds, we empower engineers with best in class IT and OT tools. Factories worldwide produce millions of data points per second, but managing this data, especially in manufacturing, is complex due to challenges like navigating demilitarized zones, poor internet connections, controlling real-world operations, and requiring non-IT expert handling.
We have been bootstrapped since the founding a couple years ago, so we were able to grow naturally because of our customers buying the product. A couple weeks ago, we decided to further fuel that growing and decided to take in the German investor Freigeist / Frank Thelen.
