Job Description Avery Dennison Apparel Solutions is seeking a Senior Brand Manager with a strong sales consulting profile to drive sales for Atma.io (Connected Product Cloud), Optica (digital branding and packaging solutions), and Embelex (branding solutions for sports, fashion, and workwear). The focus is on new customer acquisition, expanding existing customer relationships (retention & expansion), and developing and implementing sales strategies. The ideal candidate sees themselves as a strategic consultant who, with colleagues from other departments, supports our customers and integrates our innovative solutions into their existing processes. Develop and nurture key customer relationships by providing expert guidance and detailed information about our services. Stay ahead of industry trends and product innovations and incorporate them into our strategy. Provide strategic guidance and support to the team in understanding and influencing the customers' business model and objectives. Direct the end-to-end product development and sales process, from customer briefing to final approval, deployment, and order acceptance. Lead the management of inventory reports, customer sales reports, and product development trackers using digital systems and processes (Oracle SalesCloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Eloqua, pricing, and product specification tooling). Design, present, and approve global price proposals in competitive bidding processes. Oversee and resolve complex order, quality, or deployment issues to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction. Develop and nurture key customer relationships by providing expert guidance and detailed information about our services. Utilize social selling techniques to engage with potential customers, build relationships, and pro actively generate leads. Lead cross-functional teams to support sales growth and product development initiatives.
